Ordering and Delivery Information
POSTAGE CHARGES
Our standard postage charge within the UK starts from just £1.95. The postal charges are calculated by weight and the postage charge is shown as you select your items. Your order will be sent by first class signed for post. You will find our postal charges are much cheaper than those of many other online stores.
We also offer Special Delivery for a faster delivery service at a small extra cost - just select this option when you purchase your items. We ship worldwide. Customers outside the UK can select international postage when they make their purchase.

PAYMENTS
We accept credit card payments through our secure server or you may choose to pay by Paypal. All of our prices are in Pounds Sterling.
DELIVERY
We normally send out all orders within one working day. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, let us know and we will do all we can to resolve the matter. For International customers delivery time will depend on your location. International parcels will generally be sent International Signed For. Please note, orders outside the EU may be subject to additional customs charges for which we cannot be held accountable. Customs processes can sometimes cause delays in delivery and we can not be responsible for these. We can not refund or replace on delayed items until it has been established by the UK Postal Service that the item is officially classified as lost.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within seven days of receipt of your item. To arrange a return or an order cancellation please email us with your name and address, order details and the reason for the return or cancellation and we will then email you to authorise this. We will only accept returns which have been authorised. We will only refund on items returned to us as received and with all original packaging and tags. We can only exchange items for a different size or colour, we will not exchange for a totally different item. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons. Discounted and sale items are non-returnable. We hand pick and check each item before it is sent out - we will not refund on any item which appears to have been worn or which appears to have been deliberately damaged. We are not liable for returned items which go missing in the post or are damaged in transit and so we suggest that all items are sent well-packaged by a secure method. AVAILABILITY
Very occasionally due to the limited nature of the items we sell, an item you order on our website may be out of stock. If you order an item which is out of stock we will normally inform you of this quickly and give you information as to whether the item is expected back in stock. If you would like to enquire about stock availability, ask about a specific product or even suggest a product we might like to stock then please email us and we will get back to you asap.
COLOUR AND DESIGN VARIATIONS
While we make every effort to show the colour of items we sell through the photos on our website, different monitors can show colours slightly differently. Similarly, some of the hand-crafted items we sell may differ very slightly to the image shown so please note this before ordering.
