TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions (subsequently referred to as T&C's). We reserve the right to change these at any time so please read them carefully every time you make an order.

We are Culture Vulture, Trading at Culture Vulture, 7 Duncan Street, Leeds LS1 6DQ. Our VAT no is 931703443. Our T&C's do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Goods are charged at the prices clearly shown on our website and these prices are per piece and include VAT but not delivery which is detailed separately and is payable as detailed. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time although you will pay the currently stated price at the time of your order for any item you order unless a pricing error has occurred in which case we reserve the right to totally cancel the order or to offer you the item(s) at an amended price. We make no undertaking that the prices of items on our website are the same as those offered in our store or elsewhere. At any point prior to us despatching your order we reserve the right to decline to process your order or to supply the items you wish to order whatever the prior circumstances or arrangements. We accept no liability whatsoever for any problem arising from our decision not to supply you with goods.

By entering into a contract with us you agree that you are over 18 and legally able to enter into such a transaction. The contract made between you and us may not be transferred by you to any other parties - it is personal to you. We reserve the right if necessary to transfer or otherwise dispose of this contract.

Where communications are required by law to be 'in writing', you accept that electronic means of communication, ie email, constitute communication 'in writing'. All notices sent by you to us must be sent to Culture Vulture at info@culture-vulture.co.uk

Where notices are sent by ourselves, proof of postage of a properly addressed and stamped letter or proof of sending of an email to the specified email address of the addressee shall constitute sufficient proof of service.

We reserve the right to suspend our website for whatever reason without notice. We do not guarantee the functionality of this website in any sense, or that it is free from viruses or anything else which may adversely affect technology.

We, Culture Vulture, exclude all liability of any kind with respect of this website, its usage and the information thereon. We exclude all liability for any economic losses of any kind, loss of goodwill or reputation, special, indirect or consequential losses or damage to or loss of data with respect to this website. We exclude all liability for any breach of security or inability to access the website. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all conditions, terms, representations, warranties, whether imposed by law or otherwise that are not specifically stated in this agreement.

All of the information given on this website is given to the best of our knowledge but we make no guarantees as to its accuracy. These T&C's constitute the agreement between you the customer and ourselves in connection with the use of this website. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid for whatever reason, the remainder shall continue in full force.

This represents the agreement between ourselves and yourselves and supercedes any other arrangement of any kind whether oral or written. We reserve the right to amend these T&C's at any time.

This contract shall be wholly governed by English law and any disputes shall only be decided in an English court of law.
